We make your space
SmartR Spaces began out of anger. Two engineers with experience in building systems kept seeing costly installations fail within a year. Systems that need a technician to turn on a light. Tech that wowed everyone on demo day but left them all confused later.
So they started over in Jaipur. It's a simple rule: make systems that work, not systems that impress. People who own systems can run them with confidence. Hotel managers who work with systems can fix problems. Systems that work for five years after the handover, not just on the day of the handover.
SmartR Spaces is the most trusted low-voltage integrator in Rajasthan as of today. More than 243 projects in homes, hotels, offices, and schools. Most of them come from referrals, which is not a marketing claim but what happens when systems work.
How we got here.
We started SmartR because we kept seeing people who paid for expensive systems not get what they needed.
Two engineers who had been building systems for years kept running into the same problem: installations that looked great on demo day but left the client confused a month later. Lights that no one could change without calling a technician. Technology sold features that no one really needed.
So we started over in Jaipur with one question: Will this still work well in five years? Not will it impress during the walkthrough. That test had to be passed by every spec, brand, and cable run.
After doing 243+ projects, including homes, hotels, offices, and institutions, most of our work comes from referrals. We didn't add that line to the website. That's just how it is when the system keeps going after we're gone.
"Build systems that work—
not systems that wow."
We ask ourselves one question before making any decision about what brands to use, how to cable, or what to spec: Will this still work reliably in five years? It's easy to impress on demo day. It's hard to be reliable after handing over. We picked hard.
Three things we don't compromise on.
A system that has fewer features but always works is better than one that looks good but doesn't work when you need it to. Long-term reliability is more important than impressiveness in every decision, from brands to cabling to configuration.
No packages. No standard config. Every system designed for your exact layout, requirements, budget, and goals. If the right answer is a simpler system, we tell you that.
One team, one survey to back it up. No installations done by subcontractors. There is no handoff after the job is done. Two years later, the same people who built it answer the phone. One person being responsible changes everything.
The Team Behind SmartR
From Survey to Support
Five stages. One team throughout. No surprises.
An engineer comes to your site and spends time getting to know the layout, infrastructure, goals, and budget. Don't rush. No cost, no strings attached. We'll let you know if we're not a good fit.
Survey learnings dictate the system spec. Detailed proposal with product specs, itemised quote, and timeline. We walk through everything and answer every question before any commitment.
Factory-certified technicians install, set up, and test every part to make sure it works as it should. We take care of everything from start to finish; we don't call it done until everything works perfectly.
More than just a manual and a phone number. Our team will show you and your staff how to use each system until everyone is comfortable. All handover documents are included. Not clear after we go? We're back.
Annual Maintenance keeps systems running at their best with priority service, scheduled check-ups, firmware updates, and visits to the site. Most clients renew not because they have to, but because they see what regular maintenance keeps from happening.
"Why renew?" "A system that was set up correctly still needs care." Changes in firmware, wear and tear on parts, and changes in the environment can all happen. Regular maintenance finds small problems before they become big ones. Compared to clients who don't use AMC, our AMC clients have 40% fewer emergency calls.
